This one is is not a tournament sized grass fed brisket, but good for feeding 8-10 people or so. Our all natural briskets are perfect for smoking or grilling. This is half cut and trimmed and weighs 5.3 pounds and costs $45. We sometimes have larger sizes available on a custom order basis. Please email us if you are interested in briskets larger than these.
