• 2 lbs of Svante’s ground beef
  • 1 minced garlic
  • 1 cup of chopped sweet or green onions
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 cups of Svantes beef broth or 1 cup of broth and 1 cup of red wine
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Sauté the onions in frying pan; add 1 minced garlic and 2 lbs. of Svante’s ground beef. In separate pan sauté 1 cup of fresh mushrooms; add to meat sauce. Add 1 cup of sour cream and 2 cups of Svante’s fresh beef broth (or 1 cup of broth and 1 cup of red wine). Add salt and pepper to taste; let simmer while you cook a package of noodles. Garnish the meat sauce with chopped parsley. Feeds 8. Takes about 20 minutes to make.
